If you wish to give on a regular basis through the year, send your post-dated cheques to the same address or join our PAR program described below. We issue tax deductible receipts for your total donation at the end of the year.
2) Pre-Authorized Remittance (PAR)
We are happy to announce that we have partnered with the United Church of Canada to provide a Pre-Authorized Remittance (PAR) option. Besides being economical and convenient, using PAR for your gifts to the food bank ensures regular monthly income to help us serve our clients even when you are away. You will be providing our Food Bank with a dependable flow of contributions, which increases our overall financial stability.
Just complete and sign the “PRE- AUTHORIZED REMITTENCE” Form and return it to the address above along with a blank cheque marked VOID,
Please complete:
- Top Box: The “Gift amount”. (We will add the Account #)
- Second Box: All the personal info.
- Third Box – read and add the month you want your deductions to start.
- Bottom Form: The signature & date.
